  Dean westgate at city plumbing supplies in crayford provides an excellent service to my husband Ian fowler the director of Ian fowler plumbing and heating services, he is very conscientious and dedicated, his Customerservice is 2nd to none, he has helped with many awkward situations.
  Ian fowler has been in the plumbing industry over 25 years as it is the best service he has ever experienced since Ted Treves left the sidcup branch of city plumbing several years ago. My husband purchases the majority of his products from the crayford branch because of this unique service he receives from Dean.
  I hope he continues at the branch or becomes the manager of his own branch eventually.

  Tried screwfix and tool center to help me replace a washer on a boiler filter which was leaking everywhere. No luck they didn't know what part was needed. Popped in to see if City plumbing could help and they found the right washer in minutes and gave it to me free of charge. 5 star service, leak stopped all thanks to them (and my nvq in plumbing done 15 years ago!) cost of job = nothing (except a few hours of my time).
