  Went into shop looking to buy a Razer Blackwidow Croma V2 gaming keyboard. Item was found clear and precisely marked as £149.99 but when the item was scanned through at the till the price was £169.99.
  
  The store manager explained that the product was not the same as advertised except the ticket for the item where displayed was exactly the same as the item displayed. She could not show me the difference between the advertisement ticket and the product neither could she show me where in the shop the supposed £169.99 should have been and instead told me it was not her fault and a customer must have moved everything away from the designated gaming area which is nothing other than a complete frabrication to justify not selling me the product at the clearly advertised price.

  Only giving it one star because I have to if I could I would give it 0. First off we were waiting for 20 minutes and members of staff just walked past us and did not even acknowledge us. After 20 minutes I was sick of waiting and went over to the "manager" who said he would go and get a member of the sales team because he was busy (even though he was just standing around doing nothing). Waited for another 10 minutes before going to front desk and speaking to another member of staff who had also ignored us ! His excuse was and I quote "I only have 6 colleagues" ( there were only 2 or 3 costumers in the store). Looked on amazon and the Chromebook i wanted was loads cheaper. so if you can try and avoid curry's Crayford Branch all together, because a lot of the time it is loads cheaper on amazon and you don't have to deal with shoddy costumer service.
