  What a joke I'm still waiting for a new kitchen, had people out to look at the kitchen last week 2nd of Feb 2018
  was told it's in need of a new kitchen but i am told I have to wait for the years budget once again. It has been like this for years going back and forth and phoning up to be told they have no records of me phoning and no surveyor attending my property, it's been 3-4 years now since I first raised the issue and a lot of other residents where i live have been having new kitchens fitted from the day I was told years back to today the 14th of Feb 2018. Its completely a joke now. Avoid moat if you can they are quick to take your money but not quick to help and avoid all responsibility on repairs the kitchen is something worse than a 3rd world country would have.

  Reported my neighbours from hell numerous times for anti social behaviour Moat staff are not interested and have done nothing at all!!!!! been waiting over 2 & a half yrs for a transfer, nothing!! Only interested in contacting me if rent is late disgusting!!!!!
