  Staff were courteous but was ill-advised about what info went to the icloud & what got saved automatically. Lost SMS, MMS, notes, playlists, game data, managed to recoup photos from computer. Have been overcharged on promised monthly charges. My sons phone was charged a whole month yet only had the phone for one week within that charging period. Data was set-up incorrectly. Wasn't asked or advised on pairing our apple watches. No internet in-store to check back-up is working. Have had to call store several times now...... wasting my time. Choose your provider wisely & check everything......
