  What a f*g joke .... drove a total of 12 hours there and back to buy a watch which they had moved to this shop just for me ... which they just sold "10 mins before I arrived".. I had to email like 3x to even get 1 reply.. I have since heard that they like to pretend they have stock to get you in the door and then try to sell you other things(not sure if this is true) but still... What a hack shop.. if you don't live just down the road don't bother making a trip they don't even give you the option to hold it. Shop fits about 2 people in it the stand a few metres away that sells mobile phone cases is bigger! display cupboard had a huge crack and staff looked like students on annual leave.

  Using your previous email in your reply to this review makes you look worse .."let us know when you are coming in so we can ENSURE the watch is still available" I did let you know and you let me drive 6 hours there (12 hour round trip)for you to say it's not available anymore. No call to say it was gone you even made me book a time in with you.

  Buying a watch to most is a very special occasion and having a retailer spoil that due to poor service can really put a huge dampener on proceedings and end up leaving you half empty. After going online at WatchFinder and asking questions on the main site the team at Bluewater then took over and answered all my questions instantly. This was the deciding factor in me making my purchase and the next step was collection, I put a deposit down on the watch and that ensured it was there to view before purchase and I recommend any other serious buyers to do the same. (You could also fully purchase and request a refund if you are not happy once viewed). On collection again the team were very humble and engaging and have made this purchase a great experience which will see me return to buy again.
